Damien Oliver
Damien Oliver will be contesting the severity of the penalty handed down by the Racing Victoria Limited Stewards in relation to their recent enquiry.
Damien has fully co operated with stewards in all aspects of the enquiry and believes the penalty is highly excessive based on penalties previously imposed in other cases and the unique circumstances in this case involving a herbal supplement which he has been taking since the year 2000 without an issue.
Neither Damien Oliver or the AJA will be making any further comment until the Appeal is heard by the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board at a date to be determined.
